We had a great experience at this location. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was on point. Most of all I appreciated the customer service from Michelle at the front desk who went over and above to accommodate us. I’ll be back!

To be fair the two positives were the outside grounds were well maintained and beautiful, and there was toilet paper in the bathroom. That's about the only positive. The room was not clean. There was urine in the toilet, the counter tops had some kind of sticky substance on the desk and counters. The room had not been vacuumed, and that wasn't the worst. When we went down to breakfast the only food that was available was burnt eggs. Everything else was empty. No coffee, milk, or anything. The Breakfast Hostess was absolutely terrible. We left and came back 30 minutes later and nothing had changed. I asked the Hostess if she was making coffee. She gave me a go to ???? look and snatched a new jug of coffee and stomped out to put it down. The trash cans were over flowing and the counter tops were nasty. Avoid this Hotel location!!!!

Positive: Great location near I-95. Staff was very good and the inside of the hotel was kept very clean. Negative: Breakfast lacked variety. Room lighting and color scheme made it seem dark. Pool area was kept clean of trash but the pool itself frequently contained debris from trees, etc. There is no operating lock on the door from the pool to the inside of the hotel.

Service was good. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. We had the suite with the sofabed, which was roomy as expected. But a few things about our room. There was no table that usually comes with a suite. Our small fridge was tilting to one side and hard to close properly. The A/C was very loud even at low speed. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Had to go to lobby. The lobby area may need some updates as well as the elevator that seems outdated and very slow operating. Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was VERY GOOD. Nice hot choices. But overall it was good enough for our purpose there. I would still recommend it with those easy fixes to the room.
