I'm not certain about men, but fir women Maryhouse provides showers for women. Look up sacloaves.org.

The park is not open on Sundays, so no breakfast, breakfast is only for women, they serve lunch for everybody, Monday through Sunday, 11:30am to 1:30pm and showers 7am to 11:30am, get clean sock, under wear.....every thing!!
