Stay away from this place if you want to see family before they pass. Lairs, misleading, heartless people. Don't take responsibility for their actions or lies. Misinformed me about being on a list. Family said they were there when I was added to the list? Someone's lying, sister died without me paying my respects. Now they say they don't know what I'm talking about? We'll see what a judge has to say? They'll remember then.

We traveled from Michigan to see my Aunt. I was very impressed with the facility. It was amazing how well she was being cared for. The staff was excellent and treated our family with kindness. Leaving her made me feel better knowing she was in such a nice place and being taken care of so well

I've been at Taylor House twice now...my aunt 4 yrs ago and my Mom the beginning of April 2022...the most AMAZING staff you could ask for...they went above and beyond again and my family couldn't express it enough!! 🥰

My father was at Taylor House for 10 days. The staff there was compassionate, caring and skilled at making sure he was comfortable. They also did everything they could to support the family. The accommodations were comfortable and made it easy for family to be present, including a kitchen stocked with snacks, a fridge in the patient's room and a large living room area to gather. They were so kind to dad, treated him like the very special person he was. They remembered what he liked, which side he preferred to lie on... he, and his comfort, was their top priority. If you or a loved one needs hospice care, this is the place.
