Got sent to the hospital after an ultrasound to deliver my baby via c section at 31 weeks 6 days, the NICU staff was incredible and so helpful. Being in the NICU for 6 weeks was hard but because of the amazing staff it made it a little easier. I hope no one ever has to experience it but if they do Mercyone was amazing to me and my family.

I kid you not, we got to the emergency room at 4:25pm Took 2 hours to get vitals and temperatures. Then we didn't get into a room till 9:30ish. We left at 11:45pm. Kiddo had strep throat. 8 hrs for that??? Emergency room was a joke. People were literally arriving by ambulance and then seated in a wheel chair for hours to wait. People were leaving left and right cause they werent getting help or answers on how long the wait was. Do not go here!!

Accurate reviews. Awful experience. Made my little boy's bad day even worse...... Soo careless they automate responses to negative reviews......Classy! Like a scene from Idiocracy. It must be a joke.

What are you going to be seen for?
You can call the main hospital number and ask for records
Not to my knowledge, I think you have to go through your PCP to get on the list, unless you are an employee, then you have to talk to your supervisor.
Go in the main doors on the north side next to the emergency entrance. They will be able to direct you from there.
A side effect a major operation is for your body to retain fluid and therefore have to sweat out of your system if you are experimenting swelling from fluid retention you can ask your doctor for the drug lasik or another diuretic and it will help remove that fluid quicker than doing it on your own
Sorry Don I don't know

If you are staying long term they sometimes have some extra cots available or they also have recliners in every room that are very comfortable
Everyone has a right to request their medical records. I would just call the main phone number and they should be able to get you through to the right people. Please be aware that if you request these, their may be a small fee associated with printing them out. Best of luck 😁
U can also park on 3rd St by east tower and take elevator to 1. There is also free valet during the day
Just call the main number for the hospital and the operator should be able to direct you to medical imaging.
In the medical plaza, on the south side of the hospital
Depends on which valet, but most are 7-730
Everyone tries to sue hospitals. Due to the nature of hospitals many things can occur that are quite upsetting. Hospitals are full of kind competent professionals who truly wish to help people. It is most unfortunate that everyone is so quick to sue. The more lawsuits, the higher your doctor bill will be. There is nothing more frustrating than ignorance, and many people are ignorant and wish to sue over things that are not even legitimate, valid, sound, or true. We need to change this, or healthcare and all of our wonderful technology will not be affordable, and it is already very pricey.
It's in the West building, so if you follow the blue signs to the west building (straight back to chapel then take a right, walk to the end of the hall, then left at the vending machines, then straight until you come to the elevators). The sign by the elevator should say which floor medical records is on...4 maybe?
Call main Mercy phone number and ask for patient information, they will give you phone number
