Horrible location. Coming from a Wyndham former employee, from a Ramada location at that. As a mother to a black boy, & a human being deserving of simple respect and courtesy. To start of off, the room was dirty. My son is, 4 the first time we decided to try the very poor continental breakfast, we were given nothing but bread and cereal. To find there was eggs, waffles etc. being hand made and served to the Spanish speaking customers. I then made the eggs and waffles myself, to find no utensils I asked for some was denied, immediately complained to the front staff, was shooed off& made out to be of an issue when I located silver ware for my son behind the counter. On top of that, for whatever reason I have been doubled charged for part of my stay there, & have been given the run around for 3 months to obtain a refund. When today being my final attempt, I was dismissed hung up on and placed on hold while talking, called back multiple times to not actually speak to someone when I requested a manager was told a manager wasn’t avail and then some guy with name with a D came on the phone refused a refund and said call the bank. When on the phone with corporate & asked for manager again he refused to answer & transferred it immediately to voice mail. Would just like to add if you know you aren’t in the wrong and can sympathize with a single mother, you would answer the phone and correct your wrongs.

Worst hotel experience ever! Waited in line so long to check in, then they gave us the key to someone else’s room. Walked in on an old lady changing. Waited in line forever again to get another room. Laying in bed and noticed something crawling on me, bed bugs all over the bed. Sheets were stained, no way house keeping didn’t know. Asked to be moved to a new room and they kicked us out 30 minutes before midnight. Absolutely terrible, do not waste your time

Room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in and being that I don’t smoke and I have my family with me it was embarrassing to have to walk in and smell that. Aside from that whoever built the rooms must have a lopsided vision because the faucet to wash hands and brush teeth was super close to the counter so I couldn’t fit my hands to wash them. The toilet had a mismatched toilet seat so basically using the restroom as a male was uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t lock, there was mildew all in the crevices of the floor. I went to the front desk to complain about the smell and they said it was cuz the building was old which didn’t make sense to me. The Air conditioning system cover was broken when we got in. So needless to say, if you put a deposit in which for me was $50 you probably aren’t getting it back because they’re going to probably pin the rooms condition on you. Never coming back to this place again.

Let me start off by saying, the two nicest people were the two people who checked me in. This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room smells like mold, they had no towels, & the evening and overnight staff were very unprofessional. We complained about the room smelling like mold & we were asked if we could see the mold, and if we can’t, they would have to check the room before they could transfer us to another room. When they finally called for a transfer it was 4am the day before we were supposed to leave. We asked for towels, and we were told that they didn’t have any. We waited until the next morning & asked for towels again, and they told us it was an ongoing issue and they didn’t have no towels & we would have to figure it out. We asked what was the latest we could check out & we were told 3 PM is late check out. The day we were ready to check out and we called to confirm, they told us that check out was at 11am and there was no late check out. The staff lacks professionalism. We weren’t the only ones who complained about the room smelling moldy & we learned that this was an ongoing issue for this hotel. You can’t open your rooms to people if there is mold in the rooms.

You have to pay. That's the only thing many do not like but they are next to plenty of great restaurants
Yes
Why
Uber or taxi is pretty much the only way
Also the palm beach outlet after the highway
Yes
I called and gave them the confirmation number and was told they did not have any information on that number
