Staff was nice and friendly... This hotel needs some work... let me say that I was disgusted at the stains that were all over the mattress.... one large stain looks like dried blood that's on the side of the mattress near the footboard... mattress protector doesn't cover the whole mattress, that flimsy cheap mattress protector on top had all kind of hair stuck in it. No hot nor warm water in the shower so I had to take a cold shower. The shower head neck that runs through the wall was about to come out while I was adjusting the shower head. You couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because it was hitting the bed. On a good note, there wasn't any bed bugs and the sheets were clean! The owner need really look into doing some renovations to this hotel and invest in some new mattresses with mattress protector that covers the whole mattress. This is by far my worst stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites!

I was expecting a better room for the cost $130 a night. Sheets appeared clean, bathroom had strong bleach odor. Which was good with me. The floors and walls and furniture have taken a beaten. Lamp shade looked like someone vomited on it. Corner seat was ripped and stained. Room smelled musty and old. Definitely not a Wyndham standard. No stores or food anywhere around to walk to, unless you want to walk about 1/2-1 mile. Made us pay $25 extra to check in early. I forgot to mention mattresses don’t have mattress covers on them!! I did look for bed bugs and didn’t see them but kinda gross! Stained mattress under sheets. One elevator was not working . So getting to the lobby or back to room took forever. Stopping at every floor.Breakfast is waffles, fruit and yogurt. We canceled our room for the next time and paid $70 more to stay at Hilton, with free shuttle to airport, coffee shop and restaurant on premises, huge pool. dont let the other reviews trick you. Also got to check in early at hilton for no fee.

I won’t spend a lot of time with boring details, so here are the top 3 reason NOT to stay at this La Quinta Inn & Suites: 1. Check in was terrible, very inefficient front desk. 2. General cleanliness is terrible to include the outdated, broken, and worn-out rooms. 3. Don’t bother asking for repairs as the front desk claims to help but will ignore your issue. La Quinta/Wyndham needs to examine the management for this hotel and decide if they want a “roach motel” in West Palm Beach or a descent affordable well-run hotel?!? Last point, front desk claimed, at check in about 2:30pm, rooms were still not cleaned based on short staff and yet stated they were 100% capacity?!? REALLY…full but short staffed during a boat show and spring break?

The hotel was in a good location it had free parking the staff was friendly and I didn’t see any bugs but for the price I paid I expected a higher quality stay. The hallway was loud for most of the night you could hear everything including footsteps and it smelled like mildew. There was no gym on the property I had to change rooms because of loud noises from the drains and the hotel was extremely dated. None of this would have been a deal breaker if the price was cheaper but for the outrageous rates I expected more from the property. Edit I understand you want to keep prices competitive but YOUR amenities and quality of YOUR hotel doesn’t match competitive rates
