Ice maker on the 6th floor does not work. The day I stayed at the hotel no wifi or hot water. Employees are great but I feel there pain because the hotel is under renovation and they are doing the best they can. Location is great right by the airport. Management needs to step up there game here. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good and priced right. Breakfast they are way over price. Management got to do better. Hotel computer in the lobby needs to be more then 29 minutes before you get logged out.

Decided to enjoy a night out with the misses, wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, so I called they said yes, does have swimming pool, I booked hotel, just to find out while checking in, the pool is closed today. Can't cancel, or hotel said will keep money. A/C in room doesn't go below 77°, stuffy in room. Plus, no microwave. The front desk seemed to be in a hurry and not very pleasent. 150$ is a bit too much a night for such a hotel. Maybe a cleaner filter would help. Water splashes from shower all over bathroom, shower curtain rod is barely hanging on, about to fall off wall, so can't close curtain.

Well.. I will we were disappointed there was not a microwave in the room. The rooms were clean though. The walls are paper-thin and you could here people talkin and you could smell someone smoking. The pool needs updating. There's no shade by the pool and there's old raggedy furniture that belongs indoors out there to sit on. You do have to yell when you're talking with somebody by the pool is well because it is right by the highway and it's very loud. Service was good though!

Hot shower with great pressure comfortable beds and black out rooms. Supper amazing. The food was fantastic as well, bartender was very helpful. Front desk did an outstanding job. But they did forget to tell me my rewards information or great me as a rewards member after they found out my status.
