The door not do room service every day, had to call a few time to have it done Also cleaned room and did not leave wash rags but left fresh towels
Holiday Inn Hotels in my opinion aren't as accomodating and comfortable as The Holiday Inn Express. Been to both.
Some of the rooms have mold in them, and while I agree the staff is fantastic, we had lots of room challenges with a group we had there in November.
Love the pool it has a bar right by it. Nice staff and very clean
