The phone operator was so rude. All the time me and my family call in she didn't want to talk to us and she doesn't have any knowledge of her job. Last time I called in 2times in a short period then she started yelling at me. I can't believe the phone operator did that to a client.Even I walked in I never seen she smile and she was not friendly to anyone who talkimg with her for any formation. There's alot people out there need a job if she doesnt want to do her job then quit it.
