I been with this program for 3yrs and had nothing but mental break downs cause of them. Due to them putting me in unsafe apartments and not defending against the slum lords they move me in under. Every apartment the moved me in so far has been in code violations and because I stand my ground when it come to the property manager/landlord because of the violations especially when the violations consists in my living area. I don't suggest this program to anyone

This office is a scam. The people who work here don't do anything except collect government funding under the guise of providing anything of value. The executive director Vanessa has apparently been on vacation for the past 3 weeks. Those who answer the phone merely slough off or postpone providing any sort of assistance. My last basic request Ada Zarella told me to call another advocacy group. Mind you she has been with Sojourner Group for 15 years. Beaurecrats in a Non profit group.

Living conditions sucked and staff is almost always unavailable to residents Very lazy they promise safety but was anything but safe rules were stated as guidelines but are arbitrary if you complain about anything they kick you out even if it threatens your life. Left in the ER with internal bleeding and a concussion and told to find my own way back
