Positives: outside. Lobby and bed area of rooms are upgraded. Room was clean. Negatives: after a long day out of the hotel returned to find my room door open and not cleaned. A cable got tangled and prevented door from closing. Fortunately seems nothing was taken from our room. Room in front of ours had garbage on the hallway for THREE days and it was just left there. Needs urgently management that pays attention to basics.

One of those rare occasions where I wish I could give 0 stars. Business travelers, look elsewhere. Incredibly rude receptionist, Cara. I stay in dozens of different hotels a year, and I've never had anywhere close to the rudeness demonstrated here. I've never walked out of a hotel to go somewhere else before, either, but I did. My work booked the room, so it was in my bosses name. Quick and easy fix, right? At my most hotels, yes. Here, not so much. Throughout trying to figure it out and offer alternative solutions, Cara kept insisting "if I don't like it I can leave." However, this means my works card was charged a cancellation fee. How is that my work's card on file cannot be used for the room if I was to check in, but they can charge it for this? Fishy. I was happy to leave to take this fight to our credit card company instead of spending one more second with Cara. Thanks, Marriott, for such a welcome after a 16 hour day of travel and work!

This place was awesome for the 3 nights stay. The hotel was so clean and we got a room with 2 queen beds that came with a balcony. There is plenty of on-site parking and security that patrols the grounds. The hotel is a bit dark compared to other Courtyards I’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in our room. There was no safe located in the room if anyone cares about that. My main reason for the 5 stars is KIA. She was AMAZING. From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay. She helped me tremendously especially with all the areas around West Palm Beach. She is truly an asset to the company. The entire staff actually went above and beyond and were all so welcoming with everyone that stayed there.

The staff blew it out of the water with their friendliness. They definitely made us feel welcome. The pool area was nice. In the afternoon about half of the chairs are in the shade the other half is in the sun. Well kept area. You can definitely hear the interstate noise while sitting out at the pool. However we couldn’t hear the road noise from our room. There were several stains on the couch, but Overall I felt it was clean. It’s nice there is a restaurant/bar option inside the hotel.
