I hired Applegate as a hospice provider for my mom.. we were fortunate to be able to have her spend her last 8 months at home. Her care team was amazing. Her CNA Karen was a delight and Chaplain Jewels brought so much love and comfort. She sings you a song at every visit. They were even there for me when I was suffering from caretaker burnout. Jeremie (social worker) was a big support in helping me find options for respite care. They were a A team.

Losing dad has been so difficult for me, but Applegate was so great to help care for dad in those last few days. They have also continued to check in on mom. I’m grateful for all they have done when it was more than our family could do.
