My son purchased a 2000 Chev Blazer with 25,000 miles on it, on his way home in Pl Grove check engine light came on. Called Doug Smith dealership they said take it to Chevy it will be under their warranty, The kicker 10-15-22 he was getting on the freeway ramp in Pl Grove the car up and died on the road. Thank goodness some people helped push it off the road. Called the dealership for them to send a tow truck- answer we are to busy get it to us on Monday we will try to fit it in, Also when getting ready to purchase it, auto had only 1 key asked where 2nd key was, they said they did not know go to Chev Dealer! I consider this VERY POOR service. We learned a valuable lesson about Doug Smith and there staff

They treat you like royalty when you're there to buy a car. After the purchase they treat you like dirt. I will NEVER go back to them. Save yourself the time and money!

They were kind, professional and courteous. They kept me updated on progress of my car as it was being analyzed as to what was wrong. Once it was determined as to the problem. They worked with me to get the part ordered and told me that they would fit me in the next day after the part came in. They gave me a price quote along with the analysis. They told me that I could pay for the analysis at the time I had the repair completed. Dirk and the rest of the Doug Smith staff were very courteous and kind to help. Thank you.
