I took my Durango for servicing and they found out that the vehicle needed a transmission. I had a warranty that all I would have to pay was my $100 deductible. The service agent assured me that if there was any additional money owed that they would settle with the warranty company. Well when I went to pick up my Durango they told me that I had to pay an additional $800 dollars because the warranty company refused to give them additional time for the repair. I tried to talk to the service manager and another manager. I told them it was not right. When I told them I would seek a lawyer that second manager told to go ahead. Then I told them that I was looking for a car for my 20 year old and that I would never buy any vehicle from them. He told me that he didn't care. We would never buy a car at Doug Smith ever. I will advise anyone looking for a car not to go there.
