I have no idea of what rate you can get for an extended stay but I wouldn't recommend that Courtyard.
You could try discount hotel websites for cheaper rates, but wpuld call them direct and see how low they wpuld be willing to go.
Call and discuss with them. I have to send staff members all over the country for extended stays and we always negotiate rates. Something that long you should get well under $100 per night. Don't forget to get your points!!!
Don't know. We got a spevial rate because we were visiting my daighter at Origins.
