A Great way to get a copy of your Discharge Papers is to make an appointment with Someone at the Vet Center and Explain your situation to them and let them help you. They are Great and very Helpful!!. God Bless you and Thank you for your Service!!

I go to the chico vet center every Thursdays at 930. If you take it over and ask for Joe. He would know what to do.
