Nice spacious room. Could have used a little more cleaning as there was dust hanging from our ceiling and a tiny bit of mold in the shower area but overall we enjoyed our stay.

I give it a four - it was a standard hotel room. It was nice. I got a king bed. My only turn off was I was looking forward to getting in the hot tub and it was closed. I got in the pool though. There was a gym. No free breakfast like neighboring hotels but they have a bistro - menu pic herein.

Staff was very friendly and beds were comfortable. Horrible internet, when trying to work from the hotel had to connect from my hotspot. Internet TV that they advertise did not work either. Great location, really wanted to love it. The hot tub was hot one day out of the four days we were there, which was very disappointing.

The hotel is clean, the fitness center is adequate, the pool a good temp. The fire pit is almost ALWAYS burning when I got “home” from work. I want to mention 2 staff members who MADE my hotel visit feel like HOME - Zoe at the front desk! ALWAYS a warm hello, ALWAYS offered assistance, ALWAYS asked a follow up question to ensure I was taken care of and understood! She’s AWESOME and a wonderful Host and brand ambassador! The other staff member, I never got his name and should have, an older gentleman, maintenance most evenings - ALWAYS takes a moment to offer the little things (presses elevator button, offers to hold a door). Also a wonderful host and a man who understands hospitality and taking care of guests. These 2 employees made my visit so much more comfortable; THANK YOU!!!
