Keilee gave me the right time to come when it's not so busy that was a deal breaker and every staff member was so nice go here for all your car rental needs

I want to give a special thank you to the Branch Manager Brian Jones Jr, for being extra helpful and making our morning less stressful. I was scheduled to return our rental however, my flight out of Nashville was cancelled so instead my party and I decided to drive home which is a 16hr drive. That being said Mr. Jones was extremely patient with us and last minute extended our rental to a one way drop off even more cool he was able to accommodate my party of 5 into a more spacious vehicle so we could drive comfortably. Overall great service.

I live pretty far away from this location, but I was in the area because my 2 kids had an appointment in Nashville this past Wednesday and my car broke down so I booked a rental online with these people. It asked for my rental details and my card information to pay so I entered all of that then went to their location to pick up the rental I reserved. When I get to this location, my husband goes in to get the keys and sign whatever paperwork but instead he is told that since we have a debit card instead of a credit card, we cannot rent a car unless I give a 24 hour notice. I was stranded far from home with 2 young kids in the car and found a way to get across Nashville to their location for the reservation I made and they wouldn't even let me get the car. I talked to the man that worked there trying to understand why we couldn't rent a car with a debit card that had more than enough money on it and that was accepted by their website when reserving appointment and he said they only accept credit cards same day and if I do not have a credit card then they will have to cancel my appointment that I only had scheduled for 1 hour and still charge me $109 and some change for not picking up a car at my appointment. Sure enough, I check my bank account and there is the charge taken out of my bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CON ARTISTS TO ANYONE. On a positive note, when they screwed us over I called Enterprise and they had us in a 2021 Nissan Altima within no time and for half of the price that hertz was going to charge us to rent their car plus their staff was amazing!
