I have been taking my shoes and boots to Esa for repairs for quite some time now. However, today is the last time that I will be doing business with him. First thing, I was overcharged for repairing 7 pairs of shoes. Additionally, I did not notice that one pair of them was never fixed until I arrived home after over 30-miles to get them up. Secondly, he has miss placed my shoes on a number if occasions. And tells me he going to look into this but never return my phone calls. Even after multiple attempts. And have the nerve to get angry when you call to inquire about your repair status. Lastly, I have had enough of this poor customer and disregard for my time and money. Never again will I patronize this business. Please be aware of this poor experience. With hopes it doesn’t happen to you. Regards

I have some 14 year old paramedic Velcro shoes that are not available anymore. My soles completely came apart in both and Barrera’s not only place a better sole but shined them up as well. GREAT JOB!!! He performed a miracle, I recommend.
