Request payment in full upfront and no customer service satisfaction policy. Only assurance is “you will like them.” In the event you have a complaint it seems there is nothing you can do. I would avoid this establishment.

I needed leather/suede water repellent for a new pair of shoes. They had 3 different ones, and the man working there was super helpful and nice. And no, he did not steer me to the most expensive one!

Brooks shoe repair on Washington Street in Chicago used to be THE place to take all of your designer shoes, bags, and accessories to be repaired or reinvented , PERIOD. Try Fix Your Kiks which is just as good and I think is even better! Don’t be afraid to try them. Take all of your fine leather repairs to them. They are returned to you looking like new! I am very picky Be sure to tell them Martha sent you!

Full disclosure: I was hesitant to bring my 11 Cool Grey’s here due to the mixed bag of reviews for this location. I was also embarrassed to have any business clean up my mess. I tried to “bleach out” the bottoms of my 11’s by using Baking Soda and leaving them out in the sun. I was sloppy and some of that baking soda got on the upper portion of the shoe. So I went ahead and saw Bobby at Fix your kicks and that’s what he exactly did. He was true to this word and got them done in 2 weeks. He was even accommodating to get them to me a day earlier upon my request. He cleaned the bottoms as well. A little paint of gray and $150 later, who can tell I messed them up?

Hey Mike, not sure if they sell shoes. If so, it appears to be a very small selection. However they do repair and clean shoes to leave them looking like new!
Recently had a full restoration on my wht/blue Jordans and the mesh had turned yellow. I believe they repainted any yellowing. Considering what they looked like before the restoration, I'm happy with them.
If yours are yellowing just buy some salon care 40 and place it on the yellowed parts and add Saran wrap on it and leave it out in the sun until the yellowed parts return to the original colors
