I purchased a unit of ORS olive oil, No lye hair relaxer on 08/27/2021, 3 days later i applied relaxer to my natural hair, following applications instructions provided, I timed process according to instructions as well, at rinse out time, i watched as Clumps of my hair fell into my sink, And Im crushed & crying, How can this be happening? using conditioning & shampoo packets, to wash product from my Scalp, there is NO Neutralizing shampoo, Even as I'm applying product of shampoo & conditioning my hands are covered in my Shedded hair, after several washes then conditioning, my hair continued to break/ fall, as i tried to blow dry whats left. I took 2 years to grow my Natural hair out, not even once, hot combed it, to Witness my hair fall from my Scalp in minutes. The next day i purchase a bottle of Neutralizing shampoo & my hair is still breaking, as i wash it, I left a message for this company using its email, I didn't expect to hear back from them, as i read their reviews after the fact. And i haven't heard back from them, After a couple hundred dollars of hair products to grow my hair out, i lost my hair purchasing & using this $10.24 product. I wont ask to be refunded for $10.24 Towards the purchase of hair clippers to shave the remaining/ Damage hair. People DO NOT !!! purchase/ use these ORS products, these are not the kind of people who stand behind there products, when they Totally Disregard US the Consumers. “ACCOUNTABILITY” your Heart or lack of is Attached to your Soul! I used a hair relaxer in my daughter's hair when we washed it out her hair clumped up and fell out in big chunks I've tried contacting them left several messages with name and number and no one has contacted me back my daughter is devastated definitely do not reccomend this product for anyone

Just disgusting product. The company doesn't take any responsibility for damages your hair. The product make to lose your hair. Very very bad and definitely not recommended. People don't buy any products from them . Your hair will melted and after that you will lose your hair. Not recommended
