After 30 minutes of trying to start services I have a headache. The customer service has gots to be a joke! Seriously am I being “punk’d” I’ve been hung up on 3x , transferred 4 times to absolutely no one bc it’s no ringing, no back music & then eventually the fail tone or I just hang up. This is ridiculous!!!! If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would!!

Why is it too difficult to speak to customer service even a biscuit shop will not be as inefficient customer service as this!!. Too bad!!.
