I think it's a scam. I purchased insurance through this company in April. Never recieved a policy in the mail with outlining or details of my policy, I forgot I had insurance through them only to recieve two notices in the mail that my account was past due. I never got a phone call or anything after applying for the insurance. So I would suggest looking elsewhere than with Fidelity they are a bunch of lie's. I don't know anything about checking online because I was never emailed anything through them only through phone, and that was when I first opened the policy.
