I rented an e-bike here. The bike had some issues and was generally underpowered compared to the other bikes my friends were riding. I was worried that the battery would not have enough charge for the whole day we planned so I kept the motor in the lower levels of assist. We rode out 17 mile drive and did over 20 miles and it was about 1/4 full when we got back. I saw a group from the other bike rental place, Mad Dogs and Englishmen, and their bikes looked much better. The attendant was helpful, but not cheery or friendly and allowed me to adjust my own seat. All in all I felt it was not a good value and I would not rent from these folks again.

We rented this bike thinking it was going to be a fun way to spend the day along the ocean coast but when we started to peddle on the bike, we experienced one of the worst rides ever. The bike was impossible to ride and when asked to get our refund they said no because they don't do refund. Worst experience ever. Be careful when renting from this place.
