Don't stay here. You get accused of smoking in a room when it already smells like smoke. Ironically I vape and don't even smoke 'Can you have them change my room at least for the last night here so at least I can be in a decent hotel room. During the past several days I've been here I've had no TV no balcony and had to replace my key' So they don't have to switch my room they accuse me of smoking in my room card'several times a day. For my last night I would like to be in a room that actually things work

We were lucky to start our day off with some tasty food that was served by quite the cheerful and efficient waiter, Adam. I have never seen so many hard working employees in the AM, complete with smiles and spectacular service. Taking soaks at all hours of the day/ night was relaxing, but I definitely wish that I had known that the Owners also own a dispensary down the street , Microbuddery, so all guests get 40 percent off of cannabis + free delivery. This place was my chicken soup for the soul!!

Stayed there before. Was going to get get a room but we got there in the early am. While waiting in the car, booking a room, some Karen came out to remark about our vehicle and let her little dog jump up on the car and scratch the door. When we asked what her problem was she promptly dissapeared saying nothing, not even apologizing for her dogs bad behavior. Then low and behold, the black and white rolled in. As we had done nothing wrong we didn't have an issue but I wouldn't recommend this place for the rudeness they extend to travelers.

Nice range of pools and comfortable rooms, even without the poolside view we had a nice walkout balcony. Walls are thin so beware of noisy neighbors, but earplugs will do the trick. It’s a great spot for a short visit on a reasonable budget.

This weekend, I stay in this place in the room #222 and was very disappointed because my husband and I was not able to sleep even using earplugs. The noise from the laundry room (specially at night) totally destroy the rest time I came for.

You have to think about it we are exactly over 100 miles away from Los Angeles County so any three-strike criminal that gets banned within a hundred miles from LA County ends up out here in our area usually here in desert hot springs is where majority of them end up living because it's the lowest cost of housing in almost all of Southern California here while some of us don't want to live on the other side of the freeway in Palm Springs avoiding rainbows but yes majority of the places out here allow you to bring an animal but that's usually because no one is gutsy enough here in the valley to confront you and let you know that only service animals are allowed because they don't want to get shot or stabbed but in all honesty unless you have and they allow service animals you shouldn't even be bringing your pet anyways
