Sam and the team are amazing. I take all my dress shoes for waterproofing, polishing & repairs. He’s done incredible work repairing my wife’s heels - protecting the red sole on loubutin’s, color matching valentinos, and extending the life on a number of basics. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable -the best in town.

Great work restoring the red soles on my Christian Louboutin mules. Update 8/18/22: after picking up another pair of CL shoes (just needed a sole protector added), I've noticed the quality of work was just HORRIBLE. They actually damaged my shoes (never even wore them) while trimming down my sole they trimmed the crystals and some fell off. Glue residue all on my sole. Sam wouldn't take ownership He felt the need to argue and continuously tell me that, "it's not a big deal!" Excuse you? I paid for these shoes, you didn't and they weren't cheap! I should've followed my mind and went to Harry's Gold Coast shoe repair. I'm so upset and will make sure to tell all of my friends about how this place damaged my shoes.
