This was my first and will be my only experience with this establishment. I took a pair of Louboutins here in January 2022 to primarily have the fabric on the heels replaced and sole guards added. The shoes are a very unique shade of pink and the owner told me that it would take some time to get them repaired. I was told they would be ready March 31, 2022. I went to the shop on April 9, 2022 and was told the owner had to take care of personal business and my shoes were not ready. The representative took my number and said he would call me within 2 weeks. I called the shop during the first week in May and was told, AGAIN, that my shoes were not ready. The person on the phone told me that he would call as soon as they were finished. By chance, I called the shop on June 16th and was told my shoes were ready. I picked them up the following day. The fabric on the heel was darker and of a different material than the rest of the shoe. I was told the fabric on the heel was leather but the rest of the shoe is a cloth-like material. Also, the shoes aren't stable when placed on a flat surface. They wobble and fall over. Maybe the heel tips aren't on right? Finally, they lost my dust bags. I was given one very wrinkled bag because they didn't document that I had brought the shoes in with individual dust bags. In all, I waited 5 months to have my shoes repaired, only to have zero communication from the shop and a pair of shoes that were transformed to something other than what they looked like when they were originally purchased. No explanation from them, no apology for having to wait 5 months for my shoes. Never again!

Great experience! They did a great job preserving the red bottoms of my Louboutins. Timely and organized! Highly recommended

Brought a pair of very expensive leather dress shoes to the shop to get new souls put on charged me over $100 and the work that was done was not very good and there was glue on the side of one of the shoes when I mentioned it to him he acted like it was no big deal he tried to get it off but was unable to do so and told me that I would just have to live with it

They do a good job but it’s spendy and some of the staff don’t wear masks.
