Absolutely terrible customer service!! This establishment closed for MONTHS with no communication to customers with outstanding orders. They placed a message on their voicemail instructing customers with outstanding orders to send a text message to a phone number. When I messaged this number several times, the business does not reply timely - often taking a week to respond. In addition, the store does not open timely - as I ended up going to the store’s location several times to attempt to get an update on my order, and the store was closed despite the hours saying they should be open. WARNING: DO NOT give your items to this store to be repaired. You will undoubtedly experience terrible customer service, lack of responsiveness, and your items will not be repaired timely.

I dropped shoes off, paid for them, went back to pick up on the agreed upon day and the place was closed with no sign, despite Google hours saying they are open. I called, I emailed, I messaged on social media and I went back for days in a row with no luck and no contact from anyone. When I finally picked them up weeks later, they were done fine but the unreliability is pretty drastic. In my case I needed them for a wedding and unfortunately that didnt happen. I wont use this place again for anything that is time pressing.
