Ah, where do I even begin… The people at Vista Germantown feel like family, and I mean that in the most sincere, genuine way possible. Even when just window-shopping for apartments, Hannah stood out as an incredibly personable and warm persona, unlike other more robotic places and people we had met. Trust the vibes you get at first impression, because since that day the feeling only fortified with the rest of the office and management team - we have never felt as much at home as we did at Vista. The amenities are cool and the apartments are nice, but it’s the people that truly make this place. We just moved to NYC which is the only reason we’d ever leave Vista, and if we ever moved back to Nashville, this is the place we would come to. We will always have a soft spot for this place and will cherish all the loving memories we had here. I can’t recommend this place enough. No issues with anything for the 1.5 years we lived here, and even moving out was smooth as ever. Miss you guys, enjoy your summer and keep being exactly who you are!

Been living at Vista for a year and just re-signed for another. Have loved my time here - The staff are amazing, the units are modern and roomy, and the amenities are great. The location here in Germantown can't be beat. Thanks for making this place a wonderful home!

Absolutely love living here. We moved to Nashville from out of state and went in totally blind, and one of the main reasons we went with Vista was because of how great it was to work with Karlee and the whole management team. As we suspected, we love everyone that works at Vista. It really feels like a community, and they host regular events so it's easy to make friends with our neighbors. The location is also unbeatable. Highly recommend!

One of the best experiences I've had with touring and leasing an apartment. The team is absolutely wonderful, a special shoutout to Karlee, who truly went out of her way to take photos and videos of the place after touring the place. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and answered all of the questions I had, which was very helpful. The apartments are very spacious, have an open floor plan, and beautiful amenities, and as a bonus, they have a great special going on. I know they are renovating the amenities and rooms and I can't wait to see them once they are finished!Thank you so much, Christine!
