Living at the Monroe is overall a positive experience until you have to deal with anyone in management. They are very rarely in the office during “business hours,” and they don’t return calls or emails. They are keeping packages due to issues with theft in the package room, and they are SO rude about it. It’s already a hassle to have to be there during business hours when you’re a working adult to obtain packages, let alone even more inconvenient when they are rude to you about it. It’s frustrating. The maintenance team is great! It’s a safe place. The pool and other amenities are amazing. But the rude office staff and package issues have been very inconvenient, especially considering how much we pay in rent.

Kelcey is THE BEST! She is knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She answered all of my questions and made me feel right at home. Moving is such a stressful time, but Kelcey put me at ease during our time together. I also had such a friendly interaction with Miss Carla. She is such a kind person and made me love the Monroe even more!

Beautiful property on the perfect corner in Germantown! Awesome gym overlooking the pool. Love how pet friendly the community is and how much the team loves all 4 legged friends! The Monroe team and community is A+!

The team at The Monroe is the absolute best. Melanie, the Property Manager, is always very professional and super responsive whenever we need something. Chris, our maintenance man, is awesome! Whenever we have an issue in our apt, he is on it and always gets it taken care of in a timely manner!

Hi Debra, I'm so sorry you feel this way. We tried to call and reach out to you about a noise complaint we received about your music being loud so that we can provide a nice place for all our residents.
