Where to even begin, this has been a great community to live, a great place in Nashville. Oscar and Daniela from the beginning have been great to work with. The team that IMT has in this location is the best. they always check on you from the time to move in to moving out they’re always there to help. Something I’ve never experienced with other communities, it feels weird to have them follow up to make sure everything goes smooth from moving in to moving out. Sadly had to relocate for work, but I know a great place to go next time I go around Nashville! Thank you Oscar and Daniela!. 🙂

Ricky was so helpful in fixing our shower head and our Nest thermostat. He is talented, polite, and efficient! I look forward to seeing him around the building and interacting with him in the future.

I've been a resident at IMT Germantown for 6 months now and absolutely love it here! The building is maintained so well and the office staff is so attentive. Any issues we've had have been taken care of on the very same day. It could not be better located and amidst shopping, restaurants, and so close to downtown. The amenities are top notch and security is always around. My pup and I feel so safe and at home here. The dog run is always so clean, potty bags are stocked and they even have a commercial dog wash. Tim, Oscar, and Daniella are the best to work with and we definitely have to give a shout out to Belle for making this community what it is!
