I wish I had good things to say about this complex but I don't. We constantly are putting in maintenance requests for our appliances that only work properly half the time and the maintenance team never fully fixes the issue. The office staff is rude and condescending. This place is not worth the money. I wish I never signed my lease to live here, I'm honestly miserable in the complex.

I have lived in several apartment communities, and this is far and above the best one that I have experienced. The staff is absolutely wonderful, accommodating, and responsive. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained. You are walking distance to Centennial Park, and there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It's in a very convenient location to downtown, so you get great value for the rent. I highly recommend Charlotte at Midtown.

Tyler, David, Chelsea, Rosa, Ashley everyone has been so incredibly kind and helpful. They are very prompt and always in a good mood. I moved here from a nightmare apartment complex previously, and am just continually shocked at how amazing the staff is here!!!! So friendly and fast at replying. Also I lived here a few years back, and the security has increased with fobs and cameras.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and have had a good experience. What has made my experience great is because of a specific individual who never fails to make me laugh. I’d like to personally thank Tylor for being the best pool boy, maintenance handy man, and Charlotte at midtown comedy show all in one. In all seriousness, I’m very lucky to live here and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
