I try to ask for information and the woman didn’t pay to much attention to me, then went I was about to ask her another question about the apartments and she just hung up the phone, very disrespectful

This place isn’t what I expected. I moved here from Boston, MA and found out they are closed Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday. Also the office closes at 4 during the days they are open. Any package you order, you will never get because the delivery company’s need a key to enter the breezeways. If they happen to give the package to the office, the office NEVER tells you it’s there. I waited two weeks for an over nighted package before and when I called to see if it was there,they said it was there for two weeks. If you ask them to leave it in front of your door before they leave for the day they say they will but don’t. My lease is up in November and I can’t wait to move. I’m highly disappointed with this property and the company Freeman and Web which is who they represent.
