This property is beautiful! It's in a great location as well. Close to Germantown and the greenway. I love that there is a dog park in the community so you don't have to drive anywhere to let your dog run out some energy! Management and maintenance are fantastic as well which is extremely important.

I have lived here with my partner now for only a month, but I've never had a process so simple for apartment leasing. I came one day on a whim and was shown rooms in my price range right away. I was walked through the application parts of the complex and I wound up getting the apartment that I wanted. Since being here, I'll tell you it's one of the quieter apartment buildings I've lived in. Everyone I've met and seen seems to stay respectful of the valet garbage service and keeping their noise level down by a certain time. If you have just moved to Nashville and don't know anyone or even if you do, this complexes management team allows you to be as involved or uninvolved as you'd like with mixers and little Gift Card game prizes. Ultimately, just a great way to make friends. The building is four floors, so thank God they have an elevator. Grounds are fairly kept, hard to keep it all looking nice after a "Nashville Winter". Maintenance works fast when they're made aware of an issue. Amazon packages go out on the Amazon guys wagon and he walks the whole building, so no need to worry about your packages; otherwise, packages loaded into the fancy package machine. I always worry about things getting stolen (packages, welcome mats/decorations, etc), but everyone leaves those things alone. I've seen an amazon package outside a neighbors door now for 5-days and no one has tried to steal it. Overall, in my opinion, a good place to live.

We love The Duke. Their amenities are top notch. We had to do a last minute wedding for 50 people. The Sky lounge was perfect! It had openings roll up doors to allow us to flow in and out. The space was clean and had everything we needed to complete this fast event! They even suggested they had a suite for rent do the Bride and her bridesmaids could get dressed on site! The office staff is amazing, Malcolm was our point of contact and he was in contact with us constantly making sure we were happy with the space! We plan on exploring the other amenities as well. We have only lived there a short time and this first experience far exceeded our expectations!! We have only had 1 or 2 maintenance calls and they were taken care of really fast. Seems like we have truly found our new home❣️ Just a few Before pictures since we have not back from photographer. Great space for so many things❣️
