Good place. Maintanence is great. Sometimes you have to call them a few times before they drop by, but they usually take care of issues within a week or two. I have been here since April and I got the 3rd floor unit which is what I wanted. I feel safe since my daughter went off to college. I love the way they keep the grounds and breeze ways clean and neat. The maintenance is prompt, friendly and courteous. The office staff is very professional. I have one problem right now I'm dealing with. I have health issues with breathing and my neighbors downstairs smoke strong marijuana and it gets in my apartment and make me sick. I literally have to leave. I wish they would go to a NO smoking inside and no smoking marijuana on the premises.Hello Larissa. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our experience has been awesome. Maria and Jessica are so nice and very helpful. They made the move in process go quickly. The community is nice, clean, and quiet. We made a good decision to move here.

We have lived in the Townhomes of Montague for two years. Keith who does maintenance is always a joy to deal with, respectful of my home and friendly to my dogs. He is always prompt to fix a problem and does a great job. I have never lived anywhere where issues are addressed with such concern and care. Maria the property manager has always been professional and caring and took care of several problems we had where we live. One big concern for us was how dark it was at night...not anymore! Lit like a Christmas tree now. There are several things she has done to make our homes safer and more comfortable. I am moving out of state to be near my Mom but I will truly miss this beautiful place. I can only hope the staff of my next place is as great as this one!
