I love this place I go here normally 56 times a year They're now selling floats which is kind of cool. No parking on the sides of the road like we used to be able to. Also they're gonna start blocking off the pathway to the dam. I asked why and they said because people are going around the fences and getting in the park for free. Please understand that it's worth paying the couple dollars to go there for A-day for the upkeep of this place. I've been going here since I was a child I love it they got grills. A boat launch. It's a cheap place to go and spend all day and have a good time

Had a great day with the kids. The water is easy to go in, not a lot of waves and shallow for little ones. The beach is a little rocky in places but good to be at overall. There are portable bathrooms and lots of space for parking. We went online to the NH parks site and booked our parking for all five of us and when we got there we just had to show our print out and got right in. There was a boat launch that I saw some people putting in kayaks and one canoe. Plenty of people had floating devices to use in the water. There were many picnic tables to use there and I smelled a couple of BBQ grills going while we were there. Overall a great place for younger children and groups.

Spent a few hours with my fiance and her two daughters. They were attending a birthday party their friend had, so we took the opportunity to go out in the kayaks while they swam on the beach with their bday party friends. It was peaceful. Beautiful area. The boat ramp was a little aged but since they're just kayaks that was pretty irrelevant, lot of shallow areas and fallen branches/trees I wouldn't try to put anything bigger than a little flat bottom Jon boat in, which I saw a couple of, too. Anyways great time and would definitely go again.

Visited this park on a week day in late October. Beautiful views matched with a very clean park overall. Parking is easily accessible. Tons of hiking trails to choose from.

There is still a warning that although the days are warmer this weekend, the water is still quite cold, 65 degrees or colder. If you do go in, you should limit the amount of time you spend there.
Dogs are not allowed anywhere around the park. It's posted at the gate. You can go in by the dam, but will be told to leave if you have a dog
It's first come first serve. I recommend someone get there when the gates open to put stuff out. Has the day does on it gets busier so needing a place for a party probably won't happen. Be smart and be there when gates open. Have a great time!
It's at the edge of a mini beach and swimming area
I am not aware of the ability to ride in the park but just up the road there is a large OHRV park that does allow it.
There is an ohrv park less than a mile away, See MVTR Facebook page for real-time information! I don't know that they allow dirtbikes in Clough park itself though.
The park is great..It was clean, beautiful and a calm place to go for the day. You can grill on charcoal grills that you can cook on and the port a potty's are super clean.yes there is a campground in the park.
I believe you can !!
You don't have to pay again, good for the day, but you might want to get a stub.
I believe it's this weekend
Nope. But you can register locally at country 3 corners, which is rigbt down the road.
Should be. We were there Saturday.
The boat launch would be the more polite spot. You may put it in anywhere you see water.
Should be. The back trails are only set up with gates where they reach the lakeshore, if i remember right.
I have seen ATV trailers parked in the main parking lot before... whether they were allowed to or not is another story, but i have definitely seen them. I woukd still call before you make the trip out.
