Dogs are not allowed anywhere around the park. It's posted at the gate. You can go in by the dam, but will be told to leave if you have a dog
Literally right next to the park is the Everett damn and its free and dogs are allowed. There a path and an island with a beach.
Dogs aren't allowed in state parks. But people do park at the damn, walk across and then down a dirt road to a beach area
