I have a broken front glass in my 2021 Flagstaff. I called 3 other dealers including the dealer I purchased it new from and couldn't get any of them to pickup or return my call. I was able to get Jocelin in CSRV parts to pick up right away and she was able to locate the glass I need with a quick call to the manufacturer. She transferred me to Bree in service to schedule the work completed and Bree said she could deal with my insurance carrier directly taking me out as a go between. I think CSRV will be my go to for all my future RV service needs.

So this is my second RV purchase from Cold Springs RV Center. Both sales went well and better than expected. The straight forward discussions about what our needs for a trailer. They took the time to show us a few options and the time to clearly show and explains the differences where the trainers were similar in type but not quality. The honesty was great. They never spoke badly about a trailer other than pointed out some differences in how they a made and why one is better than the other. We were also not pushed to one or the other and had no problem with how we made our choice. Financing was fast efficient and after I did some looking on my own they were right where I found the rates to be. The staff there is helpful and courteous. Once we finalized our purchase the service department was willing to work with us on a few dates and special requests so moving out the existing and in the new suites our schedules. This again was great. Two transactions and two successes. We are very happy.

Have to say great experience buying a RV from cold springs, We bought a 5 th wheel there and the people were Awesome, they back up what they sell and thank to rod ,ray ,norm and everyone else !!!! I would highly recommend anyone to buy an RV there!

This was our second stop for looking for travel trailer. We are first timers like most out there now. Jeff was our sales person saying he was the best is understatement! First off all this is no pressure shopping experience. All of the stock on lot is open you can go alone walk around and look at everything with out sales person. Which is amazing to take your time and really look. Family owned and operated which makes it better. They have new stock and great selection of used. We knew that this was our place to buy. Long story we purchased at Cold Spring best experience worry free. They added all the extra we wanted. And give you training day before you leave with the trailer. Which was amazing for us. They own camp ground down the street which is like a resort it’s beautiful!! I would recommend this place to so many of friends and family. Jeff was sales person I feel like he going to my friend LOL. Gave us his cell phone so we can get in touch with me after we take trailer on for any issues. I am so glad and happy we found this place! Best place to do business family owned.
