2nd time in a row that they were closed but are supposed to be open. They have a sign that says the hours for dogwood pool. It's 430pm and it's all locked up.

Must Call The Number In the info to request a pool pass card
No dogs in the pool. There is a fountain/splash area outside that might be OK. Usually tons of kids in both the pool and the fountain.
