You don't have to pay again, good for the day, but you might want to get a stub.

As long as u keep the ticket they give u when u r paying the first time u wont have to pay again

I'd ask that question before checking in. I'd say, if you have a particular reason, like sickness probably. But otherwise I'd think not. They keep count if how many people are there and if you left and someone camf in and took your "space" then I'd think not.
