I've never been to clough pond. I've only ever gone to the Everett damn. There is no charge and free parking. Pets are also allowed. There are great trails, picnic tables, a gazebo and an island to walk to that has sand and great swimming. There are no trash cans you must take out what you cary in.
Seniors are free.
Not all entrances have a fee, the one for walking along the top of the dam is free and super pretty!
