The blonde lady at the front desk was condescending and wasn’t even able to help me. She told me it was domestic only and that I would need to go to customs at the airport for the world version of pre check. Her tone and attitude during our 30 second interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Should have read the prior reviews!

Went to get my tsa precheck and had to leave. They wanted to charge me for something I had already paid for online. They contended that I had paid on a bogus website but yet they had my appointment . This place is crazy town. The staff are extremely rude, the other customers are crazy. There are no accurate words to describe my experience here. I would sit in airport security line for 3 days before I would try to get my tsa precheck done here.

I showed up for my scheduled 940a appt at 937a. And proceeded to watch several people who came in after me get finger printed. What is the point of scheduling an appt? Terrible customer service.

Worse service ever. I register for apt, arrive 10 mins early, they did me print a. Computer crash so lost everything. They stated my fault even though I did everything correctly. I was no able to get another apt that day so said I wait. She let walk in go before me. I drove 2 hours and the lady was so rude to me told to go sit in chair and he quiet. I wish I could report this . I am a professional and have never been treated or treated any of my clients like this.
