Forcing a pride flag on my windows search bar isnt cool. I dont really care what people do, but seriously, I didnt ask for this, im not into it myself, and I dont like them decorating my PC with their gayness without giving me an option to back out.

I used to be a die-hard Microsoft Xbox fan. They made it impossible for me to recover my account, even using my credit card as proof of who I am. I'm paying for Xbox live gold and can't even play with friends, family, or all the games I've purchased from said account. I'm not even allowed to speak to a representative at the Microsoft help number because fixing this with a phonecall isn't an option on their texted help link preferred help option selections menu. I can't even cancel my subscription because I can't log back in. Now I have to go report Microsoft as fraud to my bank and stop future payments by changing my credit card because Microsoft prefers to enslave me for monthly charges without available help to use the service I've paid for.... Edit... It must have been Bill Gate's computer magic... Account was directed magically useful. So... Thanks... I'm still a die-hard Xbox fan. I'm just a fan of calling a "can do" Microsoft customer service rep. Bring back Jobs, man.

After 16 days,9.5 phone hours total my issue was STILL not fixed. I have my case to "advance team" and "ranger squad" and still no one called me. Yet they email asking how they did... I can't buy xbox live bc your system wont let me. Please check my case and actually fix this issue that y'all caused ME. I loved xbox until this. 24-48 hours/not 16 days.... I'm beyond pissed. And this is the office were three employees said "we got you" two didn't even send there "notes" in for my fix since reg employees and supervisor can't help. That was a solid 7hour waste of time on the phone. All the $ I spent with y'all and can't even help me fix YOUR issue
