I was told I need an appointment to register my new medical examiner certificate for my class A drivers license. My current certificate expires in two days and my license will be suspended and the next appointment is 20 days. They tell me I can do it online but I tried to explain to them that I have a block on my license because I was a police officer and I cannot do it online. They disagreed and that was that. The worst customer service .....
