I recently moved-in and am very happy so far! Tammy in the front office was incredibly helpful throughout the entire onboarding process - from being accessible at all hours, to being personable and working with some atypical issues I had during the lease signing process. My apartment was extremely clean at move-in and I look forward to being a resident here in the future!

Really happy with the move here. The staff has been more then helpful with any repair that we’ve asked for. They helped us move in earlier that we thought we’d be able to. Really enjoy the quietness of the property and how close it is from Addison circle. Very affordable place to live and very spacious apartment. All in all would recommend. Shout out to Miss Linda in the office she’s helped us from start to finish and then some. Oh and Deb is on it when it comes to maintenance. Really appreciate y’all! Truly!

My husband and I have lived at Rock Creek for a few years now. When we initially moved here, we rented a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious and for a reasonable price for the area. Now that our family is growing, we moved to a two bedroom apartment and we love it even more! We have a view of the creek, and because of the layout of the apartment, our apartment feels more like a home than an apartment. The staff is also very welcoming, friendly and helpful; especially Tammy and Deb, they are both wonderful and care for their residents and the apartment complex.

The maintenance crew is doing better with responding quicker to maintenance requests. They are nice and respectful. Ms Tammy in the office is really pleasant to speak with and my favorite since I moved in a year and a half ago. Sometimes it is hard to get a good night's rest from the residents above me stomping and bumping wee hours of the night. However I like living on the first floor because it's easier to carry things inside. One of my packages was lost May 4th with this new Amazon Hub delivery system which was mailed through USPS from my son's grandmother. If packages are ordered FROM Amazon, they are able to track in the hub because I get the code for those via text and email. Otherwise USPS isn't much help with their investigating once their drive logs a package delivered but it really wasn't delivered. I'm still bummed that my son didn't get his diapers and clothes from his grandmother and think there should be a better system set up for things like this. The area is nice with restaurants and stores conveniently down the belt line strip which I love. I renewed my lease in April for another 9 months.

No I don't have a washer or dryer in my apartment. But I do love my apartment. I use the washer and dryer on property. Not bad. It look all 4A have washer and dryer. When I live in 4A I had a nice stackable
It was built in the 70s.
I'm was wondering the same thing?
Don't tell them it is a pitt.
You should call the front office or come by. They should be there now or soon
I don't think so. My friend leaves there
