My instructor Lisa was EXCELLENT, she made you feel comfortable and help you understand what needs to be understood, now for the school , 1. Paying almost $1000 for the bare minimum, Morgan The Campus Coordinator is awesome , 2. They give you the NHA but nothing to study off of and only gives you a week to study for NHA and when you take the NHA it has nothing absolutely nothing to do with what you was taught Your basically doing teach your own if you ask me , This school needs better resources as if we almost paying a grand we should get better resources, better studying guides , some students learn different from others not everyone has a fast pace so I’m saying if you join this school the instructor and the campus coordinator are great but the resources and the lab and etc are not okay and really needs better

I am big on reading reviews. I’ll pass on attending this school for phlebotomy. Too many students are saying the same thing about this school, money hungry, rude, dropping students for dumb personal reason. I”ll take my money else where. It’s hard times as it is just be keeping ppl money and kicking them out the program.

First of, Lisa my instructor was amazing. What I had problems with was the study guide that was handed to us was not made by the instructor. I followed the study guide to study for the quizzes each weekend and failed 2 of them because of what was on the study guide. I ended up not doing well on my final exam and my end class percent grade was 68.28%, i was 1.72% to be exact away from passing. I asked if there was anything I could do and they said I couldn’t, I was there on time 15 minutes before class started and my hands on skills were amazing. They expect me to retake the whole class, I don’t have time to retake the whole class and I do not want to pay extra to be back in the same class.

While Ohio School of Phlebotomy does not accept any federal-level financial aid or loans, you may be able to obtain a personal loan to cover the cost of our programs, which range from $650 to $1800. Funding assistance through Ohio Means Jobs and other educational assistance programs is available to those who qualify. In the event you aren't qualified for assistance, we do have payment plans for each program that allow you to pay off the cost of the program over the time you are enrolled. You can view all of the payment plan options at ohiophlebotomy.com

I believe through the Ohio Technology Schools. You would take actual exams for certifications, like for clinical medical assistant they take a exam from the NHA. I would recommend that you call them speak to Kendra. I like the school....
If you go to their website, it has a list of when all the courses start.
