The worst customer service ever. No response to emails, and all calls go to voicemail which no one replies. Started an application three weeks earlier for an apartment, paid the online fees and since have been waiting to get a response even after calling and emailing them every single day. Stay away from this place.

This is the worst place I have lived! They have the worst costumer service ever. While I was living in this place they changed the towed company and gave us a date to get the new car stickers, on the day it was not ready and they gave me a form to file and they were supposed to call me when it was ready and guess what? They never called because they lost my form and I got my car towed and had to pay for it because they did not assume the responsibility for their mistakes. I moved on February 2021, cleaned the apartment and gave my keys back and I was supposed to get my deposit but it is June 2022 and never got back my deposit! I went to the office, called, sent so many emails and never got my deposit money back!!!!

The worse place ever! They put me in apartment 319c and I wish I could post the pics of this very nasty roach infested place. They knew full well this unit was in bad shape. The appliances were in the living room, no hot water, toilet was so filthy, the microwave handle was broken and they had drywall screws in it. Now I’m having a issue of getting my deposit back. I was there from Monday evening until Tuesday morning. I’m warning people about this place! Where I’m from in Detroit Michigan if you have a issue they send maintenance to the unit they fix the problem you sign it then management inspects the problem then they sign off on it. Not here! And yet they still haven’t returned my deposit and first months rent.

This place deserves below 0 stars. I have ignored by the office staff, without hot water, and hit with fees that should not apply to me. Most recently my car was towed from my reserved parking spot and I can’t even get ahold of the property manager to resolve any of these ongoing issues. I’m not even sure that there is a property manager on duty; I’ve walked into the office several times over the last few weeks and the agents refuse to connect me with her. The way this office runs is quite actually illegal. This is already not the safest environment but the service you will receive here make the conditions unlivable.
