It was nice more food items gluten free and dairy free would be nice also the bottled water price is quite abit too pricey but, all of the staff were quite friendly and professional and the arena was very clean the event was awesome and we saw a fireworks show before the rodeo started! We also saw Kaylyn Sahs band and they were amazing loved it!

Crowd control by the CHI center were ill tempered, I tried to reason with the supervisor at the metal detectors he was short with me and said he wouldn't get into it with me and ignored me when I requested his supervisor regarding the policies he was very unprofessional and unavailable considering his role and position event attendees BEWARE! The event itself was good as expected the only issue here was the CHI employees which is the reason for the low rating. Please get more professional employees.

Arch Bishop dinner for education. Great food, great location.
Bag Policy: Bags permitted into CHI Health Center Omaha must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes measuring 12x12x6 or a one gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar). Additionally, small clutch-sized bagsmeasuring 4.5x6.5 will also be allowed inside the arena after a proper security inspection.
If you're referring to the Midwest Basketball Tournament in the convention center, then yes, bags are permitted for this event. The clear bag policy is only applicable to our arena!
It will depend on the show or event you are attending. Our calendar will have information on COVID restrictions, if they exist for a particular event. http://chihealthcenteromaha.com/calendar/
They have a clear bag policy. It has to be clear and small.
Or you can have a small clutch or a wallet that is 4.5" tall and 6.5" long.
No cash. They are card only.
Masks are required.
Hi Jessica! Yes! Dan + Shay are still scheduled for this Friday. Enjoy the show!

Hi there! Your printed tickets will still be valid. The mobile ticket transition will apply to all future CHI Health Center Omaha events. Enjoy the Championships!
Hi Kristy! Service animals are welcome in CHI Health Center Omaha and will rest in the seating area of the guest, rather than in the aisle. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you to accommodate your service animal.
Surface parking is $8. Garage parking when available is $12. Cash payment and Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AmExpress cards accepted. More information at www.chihealthcenteromaha.com/directions-and-parking
Hi Craig! The Clear Bag Policy is only in place for our arena. Unless the event planners decide to enforce that rule, there isn’t one on the convention center side at all!
We had tickets to Alan Jackson Tour in Omaha, NE for Sept. 21, 2018, the it was changed to April 13, 2019, then changed to Sept. 13, 2019 at 7:30pm. how do we print our new tickets? I have not received a new email regarding this.
There are big parking lots north of the center. I happened to have a room in a motel a couple blocks south. So i left my car in their lot and walked from there.
Centurylink contract must have expired. CHI paid 26 Million for naming for 20 years. https://www.omaha.com/livewellnebraska/health/so-long-centurylink-center-chi-health-buys-omaha-arena-naming/article_6dd7ef51-d7c1-5e39-a284-cf3ca50f7deb.html
I always take my purse and they just check it on the way in. It's not fun to hold onto though and people tend to spill drinks (although the last time it was my own drink into my own purse lol) but you can hold it or set it at your feet.
I believe it's 1st set of riser seats pretty close to center. I was in 117 recently and it was the first section of the pie curve at the ends. Google it.
There are several hotels near the center. A new Marriott just went up a few blocks away, Hilton connects to the center via walkway, and several others within a half mile in the old market.
It depends on the show/ promotion and what their specific guidelines are. Call before you go, or check the arena's website or Facebook page to be certain.
