Why is it so difficult to get a straight answer from staff about handicap accessible entrances for dropping off passengers to the building during events? Got conflicting instructions for last year's Berkshire event .and was even told the wheelchair

From the last time we came through I remember there is wheelchair accessible access/dropoff out front.

Yup. Front of the arena is drop off

There is a drop off area in front of the convention center portion of the building.
