I had some friends who used to live at Drake Court Apartments some years ago. They had a nice time renting there , I even lived there for a period of time . I love how the management did some upgrading the Drake Court Apartments , and City View Apartments has also upgraded their apartment complex here in Omaha , Nebraska 😉.

Nice secured entry place, but courtyard lights need BETTER maintaining. Security is GOOD about chasing off transients and illegally parked cars in the fire alley, though. This place could benefit from the older days of Omaha past by having a community volunteer civil defense division to provide on site Community Watch Patrols.

They do not base it on monthly income unless you have a housing voucher
Yes they do there are restrictions on the size of dogs if I'm not mistaken
With questions like this you need to talk directly to Drake Court Apartments!
I know in the one bedrooms there are I'm not sure about the bigger number of bedrooms
Well here is what I will do. Two weeks before i move we will take care of the transfer.
The person should shut it off! I believe the apartment turns electricity on but you have to have proof that you have electricity in your name before you move in
They do take money orders, they also take credit cards and debit cards on their new system online. You can make it out to Drake court or to Seldin company or you can have money directly taken out of a bank account
They do a credit check! I don't think they worry about how long you've had an actual bank accounts
